    Poll workers throughout Milwaukee County are copying ballots mailed in by absentee voters because the misprinted ballots will not work in vote-counting machines. The printing errors mean more work for ballot counters in Wauwatosa, Deputy City Clerk Susan Van Hoven said. A Democratic and a Republican poll worker have to open each of the more than 900 absentee ballots in the city and copy the votes from a misprinted ballot to a working one before feeding the ballot through a voting machine, she said..
